From Siemens 1987
In 1987, we introduced technology, facilities and molds of pre-molded cable accessories from Siemens, and top-quality raw materials from Wacker Germany, which laid solid foundation for continuous innovation and technology upgrades of our products to advance level in global market.
We were authorized using RXS trademark since our cooperation with Siemens till today. For many years RXS has been active in the field of accessories for power and telecommunication cables. Wherever cables are joined, branched, or terminated, RXS is a competent partner. RXS products are applicable in fiber optic, copper and coaxial cable networks for the transmission of voice, data and images, as well as for power transmission in low and medium voltage cable networks.

Our self-developed project "R&D and Application of Key Technology of 25kV Cable Accessories for Electric Locomotives and High-speed Locomotives" was granted "First Prize of High-tech Science and Technology Award" by GDHTEA in 2023.

Chief Engineer Chunling Wu and Deputy General Manager Yuchun Lu took part in the conference and revision of standard.

Since our company’s foundation, we established cooperation with advance research institutes in China, such as Shanghai Cable Research Institute, and Wuhan High Voltage Research Institute. We also cooperated with researchers from China’s highest ranking universities, such as Xi'an Jiaotong University and South China University of Technology, where gather the most talented researchers in China and develop cutting-edge technologies each year!

Our own materials physics & chemistry laboratory, 500 EHV laboratory and 110kV high voltage laboratory, as well as experienced electrical engineers bring us sufficient ability to test and ensure each product delivered to our customers with superior quality.
Our 500EHV laboratory was accredited as national high-voltage metering station, with the capability of type testing cable accessories up to 500kV. Engineers from KEMA Netherlands gathered here and witnessed the type test of 132kV terminations and joints in 2018.

The requirements of China's electrification railway, dramatic differences on climate and other natural conditions in different sections of railway encouraged us to develop reliable, high-performance solutions for railway power supply systems.
In 2008, we were invited by China Railway Electrification Survey Design & Research Institute Co.Ltd. and China Railway Electrification Engineering Group Co., Ltd to jointly formulate the first national standard of electrification railway. We fully took part in the whole process of standard formulation in next four years, improved our plans repeatedly in response to questions, new discoveries in technological verification and advices from society.

To overcome challenges on formulating the Standard of China’s electrification railway, we provided our own solutions to technical difficulties with our professional and experienced engineer team. We also seek cooperation among scientific institutions from all around China and made new technology breakthrough by cooperating with domestic researchers, initiated researches and development of specialized cable accessories for electrification railway system in China.

We supplied all the cable accessories for Wuhan-Guangzhou High-speed Railway, the first self-designed and manufactured high speed railway in China, which started construction in 2009. It has operated stably ever since trains on this railroad reaching a speed of 300km/hr.
Our experience obtained from the practical application benefits the formulation of China’s electrification railway standards and mass production for similar products in China.

Based on the experience of Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway, we improved our products and successfully applied them to Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, the second high-speed railway line in China, which started construction on April 18, 2008, and started operating on June 30, 2011, with an initial operating speed 300 km/h.

Our products were also applied in Harbin-Dalian High-speed Railway. Through combining our application experience and national standard of electrification railway cable accessories, we have indisputable leading advantage on experience in the field of 27.5kV single-phase AC XLPE cable and accessories for electrification railway in China.

Set Development Goals
We hope to develop an universal unscreened separable connector suitable for  wide ranges of cables: for cable from 95mm² solid aluminum till 630mm² solid aluminum, 12/20kV. For copper cable with the same dimension depend on 630mm² round stranded, 12/20kV isolation diameter. Also possible 2 x 630mm² aluminum round solid 12/20 kV.

Facing the abrupt unexpected issue that the depth of Siemens Breakers is 300m while total length of our regular separable connector system is 307mm, our R&D team worked out resolution in short one week  of shortening our system length to perfectly fit Siemens Breakers, and carried out repeated in-plant tests to ensure satisfactory performance.
