Our company launched project of silicone rubber pre-molded cable accessories up to 35kV when founded on 1987. Later, on 1990, we successfully designed and manufactured China’s first silicone rubber pre-molded cable accessory, achieved mass-scale production on the same year, and became the first producer in China holding proprietary intellectual property rights of all products.
Advancing based on decades of experience, we become the largest manufacturer of silicone rubber cable accessories in China in accordance with international standards IEC and CENELEC. Production quality control process
Advanced manufacturing process and multiple strict quality controls ensure top-quality products
High-level liquid silicone rubber injection process, digitalization of parameters, and an array of strict control on injection pressure, temperature level of materials and mold, as well as injection and vulcanization duration ensure reliable quality and high efficiency.
Separated injection technology was employed for separate injection of semi-conduction and insulation, which enables separate inspection on Faraday Cage. The design of single injection runner for large products, through systematic verification of simulation runner, ensures uniform filling and reasonable exhaust structure, as well as high quality of injection molding.
